Franciscan Family United

For the first time, the Franciscan Family at an international level, is having a meeting and presenting itself as a Family to the whole of the Church, at the World Youth Day.

The strong presence of the Family in Spain makes Madrid the perfect place to start this project. It would certainly be the beginning of the same type of encountering in following WYD in the future. For this, we intend to share the participation in the main events of the WYD; counting with prayer and formation moments, which could offer to the young participants from the whole Church the possibility of experiencing the universal fraternity, creating a reference for the different groups, making themselves known to the rest of the Family and the whole Church.
